If @Xfinity makes me restart my modem one mother ******* time…. Two times I’ve had a technician come out to “fix” my issues. You think restarting the modem is gonna fix it? Nah bro. Give us an option to go straight to a customer service agent and stop wasting our time.

@Xfinity I had pretty good internet at my last house, but now that I have your “super advanced gamer Xfinity wifi”, I lose all connection after 25 feet. You are a god damn parasite on today’s world. Your service is the equivalent of a ventilator with a ******* hole in it. **** you.

The worst part about Xfinity outages is when I check the outage map and it says everything is fine, so I run a diagnostics check and they insist my cables aren’t secure enough or something and the whole time it turns out it WAS an outage 🙃

@mamakatie64 @comcast Same all over as with us. I call them for credit and the last time they said electrical outage I laughed my lights on fridge runnin ac running and the rep from Boston was an arse saying no problem
